The AFE Career Services Department provides services to students：

● One-to-one interview of students' job intention to evaluate their career competitiveness and determine their career planning (60 minutes);
● Refer to the interview results, guide the students to combine personal learning and practical experience to develop bilingual resume production, and the final review by the AFE Vocational Service Department;
● According to the students' job intention, select the positions recommended by AFE cooperative enterprise or cooperative headhunting company, and preliminarily select 3 intended positions for students' reference;
● Students determine the intended position, attend the four-hour expert-level interview coaching course provided by AFE Career Services Department (free of charge), explain the background and job requirements of job-hunting enterprises, simulate the interview questions of enterprises, and exercise students' job expression ability;
● AFE Career service department makes an appointment for the interview, and leads the students to the enterprise for the first, second and final examination;
● The career records of the students who pass the interview will be recorded in the AFE Career Service Department database, so as to continue to provide job recommendation services for students who intend to change positions in the future;
● For students who haven't received the Offer from the company, continue to recommend new job opportunities to students based on their requirements;
● AFE career Service department welcomes AFE graduates to work in AFE Branches in China, providing superior position treatment and development space to enterprises in the same industry;
● National AFE Alumni Association is held twice a year to set up talent information and business network for AFE graduates nationwide.
